| We aim to ship your goods within 24 hours of completion of manufacture or within the quoted time stated on each item. Should this not be possible we will contact you via email to give a new time of dispatch. Online House Blinds is not responsible for the service of the couriers but will facilitate any claims for damages. Any shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If the parcel is clearly damaged please refuse delivery. Please note that we only accept returns within 7 days of receipt and only for faulty or damaged goods.
